At Rylos, we want your jewelry to arrive safely, securely, and with clear delivery options that fit your needs. Every order is carefully packaged and includes tracking so you can follow your purchase from shipment to delivery.

Shipping Options
Free Shipping – USPS
All orders qualify for complimentary USPS shipping within the United States. Delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Expedited Shipping – FedEx or UPS
If you need your order sooner, you may select expedited delivery via FedEx or UPS at checkout. Available services, rates, and estimated delivery dates are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with carrier and tracking information.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Signature Requirements
For security, some orders may require a signature upon delivery, particularly high-value shipments. This helps ensure your jewelry is received safely by the intended recipient.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Rylos is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

International Shipping
Shipping options and estimated delivery times for international orders will be shown at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country.

Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
If your package is delayed in transit or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist with resolution. Claims may require confirmation of address and cooperation with carrier procedures.
