Can I Customize Orders?
Yes, RYLOS proudly offers custom jewelry services. If you're interested in designing a personalized piece, we welcome you to reach out to discuss your ideas. Whether you have a vision for a unique engagement ring, want to modify an existing design, or wish to incorporate a specific gemstone, we can help.
· Consultation: Contact us via email or phone to share your customization preferences. This could include adjustments to design, metal type, gemstone choice, engraving, and more.
· Quotation: After reviewing your request, we’ll provide a comprehensive quote outlining costs, production timeline, and all relevant details.
· Design Approval: Once you're satisfied with the proposal, we will begin crafting your one-of-a-kind piece.
· Production Timeline: Custom orders require additional processing time, typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity. We'll provide an accurate estimate before starting.
Important: Custom orders are made specifically for you and may have different policies regarding cancellations, modifications, and returns. These will be explained during the ordering process.

Can I Track Orders?
Absolutely. All RYLOS orders come with real-time tracking once shipped. You’ll receive updates at every stage of the fulfillment process.
· Order Confirmation: An email will be sent once your order is placed.
· Shipping Notification: Once dispatched, you will receive a second email with your tracking number and a link to the shipping provider’s site.
· Live Tracking: You can monitor your shipment’s progress and expected delivery date online.

What Are Delivery Times?
Shipping timelines depend on location, product type, and whether the piece is custom-made. Below is a general guide:
· United States:
o In-stock items: 3–7 business days
o Custom or made-to-order: 2–6 weeks
· International:
o In-stock items: 10–20 business days
o Custom or made-to-order: 3–5 weeks
Expedited Shipping:
Need it sooner? We offer 1–2 day expedited shipping within the U.S. for an added fee. Please inquire at checkout to upgrade.
International Customs & Duties:
Shipping times may vary due to customs clearance. Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees per their country’s regulations.
Note: If your order includes a custom item, the expected ship date will be shared during order confirmation.
RYLOS Return Policy
We want you to love your RYLOS piece. If you're not fully satisfied, our return policy is outlined below:
Eligible Returns:
· In-stock jewelry: Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
· Custom/personalized items: Final sale unless received damaged or defective.
· Final sale merchandise: Not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Conditions:
· Unused condition: Items must be unworn, unaltered, and include original packaging, documentation, and accessories (e.g., appraisals, boxes, certificates).
· Return authorization: Returns must be initiated within 30 days by contacting our support team. Returns without prior approval may be refused.
Return Process:
1. Email CustServRylos@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
3. Ship your item back with tracking and insurance. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or defective.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund, store credit, or exchange based on your preference.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Funds are issued back to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items:
· Custom or engraved jewelry
· Items marked as “Final Sale”
· Earrings (due to hygiene regulations)
· Used or visibly worn items
Defective/Damaged Items:
If your item arrives defective or damaged, notify us immediately. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or full refund at no extra cost.
