For Gold Jewelry

Accent Stone Coverage:

Our Lifetime Warranty includes the replacement of any accent stone that becomes dislodged or damaged due to normal wear.

Lost Diamond Replacement:

We will replace lost accent diamonds up to 1/10 of a carat (10 points) in pieces such as engagement rings, wedding bands, or stud earrings—at no additional cost.

Exclusions:

- Center stones are not covered.

- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or loss of the entire item is not covered.

Maintenance Requirement:

To maintain the validity of this warranty, all repairs or modifications must be performed exclusively by RYLOS. Services conducted by third parties will void this warranty.

For Silver Jewelry

Accent Stone Coverage:

The Lifetime Warranty covers the replacement of accent stones that become dislodged or damaged due to normal wear.

Exclusions:

- Wear on the finish or plating is covered for 6 months from the date of purchase.

- Center stones, accidental damage, misuse, or loss of the item are not covered.

Maintenance Requirement:

All repairs or modifications must be carried out by RYLOS to keep the warranty active. Services by unauthorized parties will void this warranty.

General Terms

Warranty Activation:

To ensure your piece is fully protected, please register your jewelry within 30 days of purchase to activate your warranty.
